Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Help for adults to deal with critical incidents in the workplace.

Professional trauma teams provide structured group debriefing sessions, individual counselling and follow-up sessions, in order to minimize the effects and impact of critical incidents that occur in the work place, which may include sudden death, serious workplace accidents, criminal incidents such as robberies, violence, losses or other tragedies.
