What is Foster and Kinship Support Services (FKSS)?

FKSS is a psycho-educational and support group for foster parents, adoptive parents or kinship caregivers of children who have, or are suspected of having, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Psycho-educational Groups

• 10 weeks in duration
• weekly themes
• educational presentation
• supportive discussion

Support Groups

• follow-up to psycho-educational group
• monthly
• participants have the option of coming to any or all of the ongoing support groups
