John McLachlan
MSW, RSW
John has been with the FCC since 1990. After retiring in 2020 as the Clinical Supervisor, John returned as a Therapist. John is dedicated to strengthening and enriching the lives of families, couples, and individuals through offering services aimed at promoting well-being through leadership and collaboration. When John is away from the office, he enjoys watching sports, reading and picnics with his wife.

Dee Neuman
MSW, RSW
Dee Neuman has over twenty years of experience working with families, children, youth and couples. Dee’s certifications include Gottman Level 2 Couple’s Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Addictions Therapy, Strengths Based Approach, and Brief Solution Focused training. In Dee’s spare time you may find her camping, canoeing, hiking, or spending time outdoors!

Aksana Kavaliova
MACP, MMT, RP, MTA
Aksana Kavaliova has seventeen years of experience as a music therapist (MTA) and six years as a psychotherapist. Aksana is also skilled in EMDR, Neurologic Music Therapy, ITATM, Brief Solution Focused. Aksana is a trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapist. She is a published author, serves as a Secretary for the World Federation of Music Therapy, and started her PhD in Music Therapy with trauma focus in August 2023. In her spare time, she is attending concerts and musicals with her family, loves traveling, swimming, reading, and walking with her dog Lola.

Carolyn Fish
MSW, RSW
Carolyn Fish has over twenty years of experience as a therapist at the FCC working with people in groups, as individuals and families. In her practice, she applies a variety of therapeutic approaches such as, brief solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy, and CBT. Carolyn is a trauma-informed therapist, working with children and adults. In her spare time, she enjoys curling, practicing yoga and travelling.

Tina Hardman
MA, RP, MSW, RSW, CPT
I am an adventurer by nature. I raft white waters, climb hills and rough terrain, and hike ridges. I am also passionate about the well-being of others, and walking along side them on their life’s journey while they work towards wellness. Collaboratively, I work with individuals to foster a journey of resilience and healing through the application of evidence-based clinical interventions. Let’s work together to find your inner peace.

MaryLynn Kellie
MSW, RSW
MaryLynn has been working with families and children to support their wellbeing for over thirty years. After many years of cultivating supportive family networks, MaryLynn has recently developed her counselling and therapeutic skills, and the FCC is thrilled that she has joined our Team.
MaryLynn loves to spend a lot of time with her grandkids and any extra time on the golf course! MaryLynn is looking forward to this hockey season and continues to proudly wear her Toronto Maple Leafs jersey. MaryLynn lives by the lake and likes to spend time by the water, enjoying a coffee and listening to the waves.

Sarah Hyndman
RP
Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has spent nearly a decade working on the frontlines of community mental health, providing both brief and ongoing therapy, as well as facilitating therapy groups for both caregivers and youth. Sarah has supervised and mentored Master of Social Work and Psychotherapy students and is an Associate Adjunct Professor of Counselling and Spiritual Care at McMaster Divinity College. She holds a Master of Divinity from Tyndale University, with a specialization in Clinical Counselling.
Sarah brings with her extensive experience working with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges, along with family and couples counselling. She is passionate about empowering the next generation to reach their full potential when it comes to mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
In her time off, Sarah enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
